Barn Hunt Events/Clinics held in Conjunction with other Organizations/Entities

Barn Hunt events can be held in conjunction with events held by other outside organizations or entities with certain specific rules and limitations. An outside organization may consist of another dog club or organization, a farm show, etc.

In order to hold ANY Barn Hunt event in conjunction with an outside entity event, the following must be true:

• The club offering the Clinic/Event must be a licensed Barn Hunt club.
• The club offering the Clinic/Event must apply for the event officially through the Barn Hunt Register Event Application, even if the event is a clinic/workshop/seminar and not a Trial or Fun Test.
• The club must have insurance naming Barn Hunt Association as additionally insured for any event happening in conjunction with an AKC event.

An entity which is not affiliated with the Barn Hunt Association (not a licensed club) cannot offer any activity called "Barn Hunt" at any outside organization/event. The term Barn Hunt® is fully trademark protected and may not be used by any entity not licensed and approved by the Barn Hunt Association.
